Mindful Yoga

 .In this class, we will experience the more subtle, yet powerful and transformational side of a yoga practice. Through mindful movement, yoga postures, breath work and meditation, we will release any hidden stressors or blockages of energy as well as invigorate and activate body-mind. Once the body and mind are relaxed, we will together practice the art of Meditation. Each class will be unique and may include pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra practice, visualization, and other yoga techniques. Ultimately, this Inner practice will help you silence your mind and connect with the deep Self, reservoir of one's intuitive knowledge, lasting joy, and true peace. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.

Weekly Schedule

Mornings: Monday & Tuesdays 9:30 to 11am

Evenings: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 to 6:50pm

Weekends: Saturday 10:30am
